Terms

Plain-language terms.

ScreenTrak is operated by Aland Shahab, based in Sulaymaniyah, Kurdistan Region of Iraq. These terms apply to your use of ScreenTrak. Questions about them can be sent to [email protected].

Effective August 10, 2026

The service

ScreenTrak is an independent TV and anime tracker. It helps you save shows, see Up Next, record watched episodes, undo mistakes, export your history, and delete your account.

ScreenTrak does not currently include imports, Circles, streaming availability, subscriptions, or guaranteed notifications. Features and data formats may change as the product develops.

Your account

Use an email address you control, and keep your password and reset links private.
Don't share access to another person's account or attempt to bypass account, rate-limit, or security controls.
You may stop using ScreenTrak at any time, and can export or delete your account from Settings.

Acceptable use

Don't use ScreenTrak to attack or overload the service, reverse engineer access controls, collect other users' data, infringe rights, or run automated catalog harvesting. Reasonable personal use and responsible bug reports are welcome.

Catalog data and artwork

TV data and images are provided by TVmaze under CC BY-SA 4.0 and normalized by ScreenTrak. ScreenTrak is not endorsed by TVmaze. Catalog entries may be incomplete, delayed, or changed, and schedule data does not grant streaming-availability rights. Details and full attribution are on the Data sources page.

Your permission to use the ScreenTrak software is described in the End User License Agreement. Copyright concerns and takedown requests are described on the Copyright & takedowns page.

Availability and changes

ScreenTrak is free and comes without a service-level guarantee. The service may be unavailable during maintenance, provider outages, or safety work. ScreenTrak prioritizes preserving internal IDs and user history: it runs on production infrastructure with nightly encrypted backups, and no reset of your history is planned. This is young software, so we cannot guarantee against data loss. Export your history from Settings regularly — exports are free and complete.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kurdistan Region of Iraq and, where they apply, the federal laws of Iraq, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The competent courts of Sulaymaniyah, Kurdistan Region of Iraq, have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms or from your use of ScreenTrak.

If you use ScreenTrak as a consumer, nothing above removes any right you have under the mandatory consumer-protection law of your country of residence, including any right to bring proceedings there. Your use of an app marketplace is also covered by that marketplace's own agreement with you, which these terms do not replace.

Questions about these terms: [email protected]. See also the Privacy page, EULA, and Account deletion page.
