Retention, export, and deletion
Account and viewing history remain while your account is active. JSON and CSV exports are generated on request and are not retained after the response is sent.
In-app deletion removes your authentication account, profile, Library, progress, and original watched and reversed events. ScreenTrak retains only a random, non-identifying completion record with the deletion time and erased row counts — proof the purge finished, with nothing about you in it.
Short-lived operational logs can remain under the configured retention periods of ScreenTrak and its infrastructure providers.
Your choices
This is a plain-language description of ScreenTrak's behavior, reviewed against the product itself. Where the catalog comes from is covered on the Data sources page.
