End User License Agreement

1. What this agreement covers

This End User License Agreement (EULA) covers the ScreenTrak app, website, and related software that ScreenTrak makes available to you. It works alongside the ScreenTrak Terms and Privacy page. If those documents conflict, the document that specifically addresses the subject controls.

2. Your license

As long as you follow this agreement and the Terms, ScreenTrak gives you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use ScreenTrak on devices you own or control. The license is for tracking your own TV and anime viewing; it is not a sale or transfer of the software or its rights.

3. Things you may not do

—Copy, rent, lease, sell, sublicense, distribute, or make ScreenTrak available to others except where mandatory law allows it.

—Reverse engineer, decompile, or try to extract source code, except where mandatory law permits that activity despite this restriction.

—Bypass security, rate limits, account controls, or provider restrictions; interfere with the service; or use automated collection to harvest the catalog.

—Use ScreenTrak or its catalog content to infringe another person’s rights or to suggest an endorsement that does not exist.

4. Catalog content is not licensed to you

ScreenTrak does not own the third-party metadata or artwork that may appear in the service. Those materials remain subject to their providers’ and rights holders’ terms. This EULA gives you no right to copy, reuse, redistribute, or commercially exploit provider content. See Data sources for current attribution and artwork handling.

5. Updates, changes, and ending the license

ScreenTrak may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features to improve security, reliability, or the product, and may stop offering the service at any time. You may stop using it at any time. ScreenTrak may end this license if you materially breach this agreement or the Terms; when it ends, stop using the app and delete installed copies. Your account export and deletion choices are described on the account deletion page.

6. No warranty; limits for a free service

ScreenTrak is provided free of charge, without a service-level guarantee. To the extent permitted by applicable law, it is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, or fit for a particular purpose. Nothing here removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

7. App marketplace terms

A marketplace can impose its own download or platform terms. For an iOS copy, Apple’s standard licensed application agreement applies unless ScreenTrak later configures an app-specific agreement in App Store Connect. This website EULA does not claim to replace any license presented by the marketplace during download.

8. Governing law and disputes

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Kurdistan Region of Iraq and, where they apply, the federal laws of Iraq, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The competent courts of Sulaymaniyah, Kurdistan Region of Iraq, have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from this agreement or from your use of ScreenTrak.

If you use ScreenTrak as a consumer, nothing above removes any right you have under the mandatory consumer-protection law of your country of residence, including any right to bring proceedings there.
