What to include

To make a request reviewable, include:

01The specific image or catalog entry, with an in-app screen or link showing where it appears.
02A description of the copyrighted work and your authority to act for the rights holder.
03Your name and a way to contact you.
04A good-faith statement that you believe the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.
05A statement that the information is accurate, made under penalty of perjury where your jurisdiction requires it.

How ScreenTrak handles a request

We review requests and may ask for missing details or evidence of authority. When a request is valid and accepted, ScreenTrak can disable the affected artwork or catalog snapshot at the source. Your personal Library, progress, and watched history are stored separately and are not removed just because a catalog image or record is disabled.

ScreenTrak does not accept user-uploaded artwork. Most rights concerns will therefore relate to provider-supplied catalog content. Provider content is identified with source and rights information so it can be investigated and removed when appropriate.

If content was removed by mistake

Reply to the takedown decision with the affected item, an explanation of why the action was mistaken, and your contact details. ScreenTrak will reconsider the decision. This is a practical review process, not a promise that any particular counter-notice procedure applies.

Provider content and other rights

This policy does not give ScreenTrak users permission to reuse, redistribute, or commercially use third-party metadata or artwork. Attribution, provider status, and the current movie-artwork policy are explained on Data sources. This policy also does not address streaming availability or grant streaming rights.

This policy may change as ScreenTrak’s legal identity, provider arrangements, or designated-agent status changes. The current version will always be published at this address.
